Hey, I’m Hannah—a mom, wife, and Jesus lover. For years, I dealt with chronic fatigue, pain, brain fog, anxiety, and habits that kept me stuck.
Even as a certified health and nutrition coach, I struggled to follow through. I knew what to do—but I was stuck in old patterns, perfectionism, and exhaustion. Grabbing quick food from the pantry felt easier than giving my body what it really needed to heal.
Things finally started to change when I realized I couldn’t keep pushing through—I had to work with my body, not against it. I focused on shifting my mindset, building healthier habits, learning better ways to cope, and deepening my faith through it all.

In today’s episode, I’m pulling back the curtain on how to actually do an elimination diet in a way that doesn’t spike your stress or leave you drowning in overwhelm. Because when you’re already battling fatigue, inflammation, and gut health issues, the last thing you need is another all-or-nothing plan that makes you feel like you’re failing before you even start.
I’m sharing the honest story of the first time we walked through an elimination diet with one of my sons. Even as a certified health coach, I felt overwhelmed. I had just healed my own relationship with food, and I knew we couldn’t approach this from a restrictive, fear-based place. We had to see it as body stewardship — partnering with the body, not punishing it.
