Hey, I’m Hannah—a mom, wife, and Jesus lover. For years, I dealt with chronic fatigue, pain, brain fog, anxiety, and habits that kept me stuck.
Even as a certified health and nutrition coach, I struggled to follow through. I knew what to do—but I was stuck in old patterns, perfectionism, and exhaustion. Grabbing quick food from the pantry felt easier than giving my body what it really needed to heal.
Things finally started to change when I realized I couldn’t keep pushing through—I had to work with my body, not against it. I focused on shifting my mindset, building healthier habits, learning better ways to cope, and deepening my faith through it all.
I created a simple plan with realistic goals that helped boost my energy, reduce inflammation, ease my pain, and help me feel like myself again. Most importantly, I learned how to stay consistent—even on the hard days. Now, I’m ready to share it with you.
