I’m so glad you’re here. This podcast is for moms who are ready for real solutions—to get their energy back, clear the brain fog, and finally feel like themselves again. We’ll dig into the root causes of chronic health struggles, build simple, lasting habits, and learn how to nourish your body in a way that supports both your health and your faith.
Hey, I’m Hannah—a mom, wife, and Jesus lover. For years, I dealt with chronic fatigue, pain, brain fog, anxiety, and habits that kept me stuck.
Even as a certified health and nutrition coach, I struggled to follow through. I knew what to do—but I was stuck in old patterns, perfectionism, and exhaustion. Grabbing quick food from the pantry felt easier than giving my body what it really needed to heal.
Things finally started to change when I realized I couldn’t keep pushing through—I had to work with my body, not against it. I focused on shifting my mindset, building healthier habits, learning better ways to cope, and deepening my faith through it all.
I created a simple plan with realistic goals that helped boost my energy, reduce inflammation, ease my pain, and help me feel like myself again. Most importantly, I learned how to stay consistent—even on the hard days. Now, I’m ready to share it with you.
If you’re a mom who’s ready to reclaim your energy, clear the brain fog, and feel more like yourself again using natural solutions, this podcast is for you!
Fix up that messy bun, mama. Grab a notebook and pen, and let's get started.

The holidays are supposed to be full of joy… so why do they leave so many of us feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and stressed out, especially when it comes to food?
If you’ve ever told yourself “I’ll just start in January” while reaching for something you didn’t even really want, you’re not alone. In this episode, we’re talking about the very real holiday food overwhelm that shows up when you’re already running on empty and just trying to keep it all together.
I’m sharing a simple, grace-filled approach to navigating holiday eating—without restriction, guilt, or the all-or-nothing mindset that leads straight to burnout and exhaustion. Because for so many women (especially moms), the pressure to “do it right” only adds more stress, decision fatigue, and frustration.
This conversation is for you if:
-
You feel tired of starting over and crave consistency instead
-
You’re overwhelmed around food, gatherings, and social pressure
-
You’re dealing with low energy, fatigue, cravings, and mental burnout
-
You want healthy habits that actually work in real life—not just on Monday
We’ll talk mindset shifts, practical strategies, and how to work with your body instead of against it—so you can protect your energy, feel more in control, and stay grounded even in the middle of a busy, food-filled season.
Because your health journey doesn’t need more perfectionism—it needs compassion, clarity, and one next right step.
Press play if you’re ready to trade overwhelm for peace, exhaustion for momentum, and all-or-nothing thinking for sustainable consistency—one decision at a time.

Are you struggling with cravings that make it feel impossible to stay consistent with your health goals? Do you feel exhausted, stressed out, and stuck in a cycle of overindulging, guilt, and starting over?
In this episode, we’re talking about why cravings happen—especially when you’re tired, overwhelmed, and running on low energy—and why it’s not a willpower problem. For many moms, cravings are a signal of fatigue, stress, emotional overwhelm, or missing nutrients, not failure.
I’m sharing three practical ways to calm cravings and boost your energy so you can actually feel like cooking a healthy meal at the end of the day. We’ll talk about nutrient-dense foods, ultra-processed foods, prioritizing protein, stabilizing blood sugar, and using the hunger scale to tell the difference between physical hunger and emotional eating.
If you feel out of control around food, snack when you’re not hungry, or struggle with low energy and burnout, this episode will help you pause, partner with your body, and take your next step forward—without perfectionism or starting over.
Because true progress comes from understanding your body and creating consistency, one decision at a time.

Are you feeling stressed out, overwhelmed, and completely exhausted, trying to do all the things but still falling short of peace? If chronic stress, fatigue, and irritability have become your normal as a stay-at-home mom, this episode is for you.
In this episode, we’re talking about why unmanaged stress keeps your body stuck in survival mode—and how that directly impacts your energy, sleep, hormones, and ability to heal. When stress is constant, it leads to more exhaustion, inflammation, brain fog, poor rest, and unhealthy coping habits that leave you feeling even more depleted.
I’m sharing four simple, biblical and practical ways to manage stress as a Christian mom, including how to be spiritually fed, learn to say no without guilt, prioritize true rest, and lean into the power of prayer. These are realistic rhythms you can practice in the middle of motherhood—not another to-do list.
If you’re craving more peace, better stress management, and consistency in your health without burnout, this episode will help you slow down, reconnect with God, and support your body through the healing journey.
Because you were never meant to carry it all alone.
